DMCA & Copyright Policy

TakeFrom respects creators and copyright owners. The service does not operate a permanent media library, but it can prevent identified URLs from being processed after a valid notice and technical review.

Send a notice

Email contact@takefrom.net with the subject “Copyright notice”. Include:

• Your name and authority to act for the copyright owner.
• The copyrighted work you believe is affected.
• The exact public TikTok URL concerned.
• Your email address and telephone number.
• A good-faith statement that the complained-of use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Review process

We review complete notices and may add a confirmed URL to the service blocklist. Because source media remains on TikTok or a third-party host, removal from the original platform must also be requested from that platform.

Counter-notices

If you believe a URL was blocked by mistake, contact the same email with supporting information. This page is operational information, not legal advice.
